Waffle Bear & Cafe Latino

First off this is a hidden gem.We had a pleasant experience and can say the staff was genuinely happy to help. This is counter service for the most part. Since the restaurant wasn't busy they sat us and gave menus. We were given great service by Darrin and the food is absolutely amazing.The waffle was perfectly cooked and the eggs and grits were perfection. My recommendations are Cheech or Closing time.Definitely large portions and service was fast.

First time going there. Read the reviews all good with the exceptions of a few but those weren't a concern. The first impression when walking in was clean and neat, tables were set with the chairs for 2,3,4 or if needed extra chairs for seating. The service was exceptional. The staff was polite and attentive, going above and beyond. The ambiance of this restaurant is simply fantastic. The cozy atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious, the food and service quality was truly exceptional, we can't wait to come back. We highly recommend this cafe.Thanks very much, you cooked our meal to perfection. We've been looking forward to trying Waffle Bear & Cafe Latino for awhile now, and was so glad that we did. Amazing authentic Salvadorian food and very good price. Finally found a place near me. Staff is very friendly the food is made fresh to order. Highly recommend

We ate at Waffle Bear last week, and we were so impressed. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the pork chops and papusas, but we enjoyed everything that we tried. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience at this place. It's easy to miss, but you definitely shouldn't.

Took my wife here for the first time today it was excellent. Nice little atmosphere reminds me of an old school ma and pa joint. Definitely will return the waitress was courteous and reliable despite the restaurant being filled.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The food was great! Nothing fancy but it’s clean and the atmosphere is calm. My waffle was excellent and the sides were fresh. I will definitely return.
